Grief can seem impossible to bear, feeling alone in a world that nobody understands. You may put on a smile, but the pain feels insufferable and like it will never stop. You ask yourself "How will I move forward?" Your entire life has changed, and you aren't sure how to pick up the pieces. Everything, including your emotions, feels out of control. Sound familiar? You aren't alone. Grief can feel overwhelming, heavy and isolating. Whether you have lost a loved one, a relationship, a job, or experienced something that has impacted you profoundly, it would be an honour for me to walk alongside you during your healing journey.
I specialize in grief, loss, and trauma. Together, we can work through the challenges that you are facing, and begin on the path toward healing and growth. We will create a safe space for you to process what you are going through, find new ways to create meaning in your life, work on rebuilding, and feel some relief from the pain you are experiencing.
I recognize that it's not easy to ask for help. It can feel vulnerable to speak to a person you have never met. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and make sure we are a good fit. Please use email, the psychology today contact form, or my website to contact me to schedule a consultation.
